Bag On Valve Aerosol Filling Technology
Our bag on valve aerosol filling machine is designed with 1 crimping and propellant filling head, 2 liquid filling heads into 1 workbench. The filling process is crimping first, then filling propellant under the cap(UTC filling method), filling liquid material into the bag last.
BOV filling technology is quite different from traditional aerosol filling. The advantage of BOV filling technology is that the liquid material is completely separated to contact the can body. This filling method avoids corrosion from the liquid material, saves cost and improves the quality of the finished products.
All the operation steps can be easily controlled by the PLC system, very smart and efficient.
